• Dev Mode: Agent accountability tools including session tracking, claim verification, pickup notes, and safety protocols for developers.
• Creator Mode: Creative provenance documentation, asset management, timeline tracking, and AI-powered infringement detection for artists and creators.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including session data, claims, creative assets, and provenance records. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the rights to submit content to the Service
• Any consequences of sharing or exporting provenance records

5. AI-Generated Analysis

• Infringement detection results are not guaranteed to be accurate or comprehensive

• Submit false or misleading provenance claims
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OriginChain and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
